We have been supporting the Healthy Living Movement over 40 years now. Every product, every ingredient and every consultant’s touchpoint has to align with those values. We believe in plant-based products, which is beyond industry standards. We do operate in six countries currently, and the future holds for expansion in business for sure.
Arbonne is a B Corp company, and we support people, planet and profit, so we take great pride in that. We have the direct-selling method, where our consultants sell Arbonne products through our website, and the settlements are received directly by Arbonne in the same local currencies in the countries we operate.
We were looking for a new provider who could provide creative solutions, and BlueSnap’s platform actually offers a single sign on, where we can toggle between different countries, run the reports, do our analysis, check our payments, confirmations, fees – all on one sign on and one ecofriendly platform, which is very modern, and works great with our business.
And they were actually referred by one of the banks we work with. And when we met and learned about the product and the integration team, it gave us a lot of confidence on, “Okay, this is it. This is the platform we want to go with.”
Our IT team and BlueSnap’s IT team collaboratively worked together to help achieve our business needs. And while they integrated the platform in ease, very simply, there was no interruption on the consumer side, which was extremely important for us. We do not want interruption there at all.
Everybody wants to use their phones to make payments. And it’s convenient, it’s easy, which makes them think of making the purchase more, and more often and easier because everything can be done on their phone. That definitely helps boost sales. Everything flows through BlueSnap and their ability to use Apple Pay, Google Pay – there’s like a lot of different types of payment methods already integrated, and we just, in fact, implemented Apple Pay in all the countries recently two weeks ago. And it was easy, it was useful, and we didn’t have to go separately through Apple. We did it all through BlueSnap.
And we do not have to go to 10 different places. It’s all happening at one place and under the same contract and the same account representative. We work with modern, easy, great to work with integration at ease, excellent customer service – it’s a win, checkboxes all criteria for us.
